SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

As Ramada by Wyndham Silivri, we conduct all our activities based on the principle of contributing to and continuously improving tourism in our region and country.
Ensuring compliance with Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental Management systems requirements and sustainability criteria forms the foundation of our organization’s development.
Through our practices, we aim to be a leading and pioneering organization that makes a difference in our region.
As an environmentally conscious facility, we comply with environmental laws; we operate without polluting the environment and by maximizing the recovery of our waste.
We use energy and natural resources efficiently, implement controls to reduce consumption, and prioritize renewable energy. We pioneer projects to protect the environment in our region and collaborate with local authorities. We encourage our guests and employees to support us in energy conservation.
We do not discriminate against our staff on the basis of gender, religion, race, or language, ensure that ethical values are consistently upheld, and offer equal opportunities for advancement. We provide opportunities for them to report their requests and complaints, provide regular training to improve quality, environmental awareness, and work experience, and prefer to build our workforce from the local community to contribute to the growth of the regional economy. We do not allow the use of child labor.
In line with our purchasing policy, we support the local economy by purchasing products and services from suppliers in our region as much as possible. We evaluate the quality and nature of products/services and act fairly, honestly, and impartially in selecting suppliers.
To provide our guests with higher quality service, we encourage them to inform us of their requests, expectations, and needs. We effectively address their complaints.
We strive to protect children from all forms of abuse and harmful substances.
When designing our buildings and concepts, we consider the needs of guests and employees with special needs, embracing an accessible service approach for everyone.
We contribute to the preservation and development of local/regional properties, areas, and traditions of historical, archaeological, cultural, and spiritual significance. We create special promotional and informational areas so that our guests can recognize and learn about these areas.
In line with sustainable development, we aim to be a pioneer in the tourism sector and create long-term value.
